January Outreach
Grace’s Outreach Team has offered to assist St. Bart’s Episcopal Church, Poway, in hosting a rotational shelter at the beginning of next February. On February 4, 2026, Grace will provide a hot meal and leave a continental breakfast and a bag lunch for the guests for the following day. The Outreach team will need Members of Grace to assist in meal preparations and assist in delivering and serving the dinner. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join in expanding our outreach to our community.
The rotational shelter is coordinated by Interfaith Shelter Network of San Diego, an organization that serves the needs of individuals and families who are experiencing situational homelessness in our county. It coordinates two-week-long emergency shelters that rotate among participating faith-based congregations.
